Taste through classic Bordeaux varietals, select the wines that you like, and then start mixing and matching different percentages of the wines until you create your perfect blend. (All the wines are from world-class vineyards in both the Napa and Sonoma Valleys). It is educational, fun and very hands on as you get be a winemaker for the day by using beakers and graduated cylinders to make your own vino.
